How to Change Task Type LOV in Advanced Collections

Perform the following steps to change the TASK TYPE LOV in Advanced Collections-

Responsibility:  CRM Administrator

Path:                      Task and escalation Managers > Setup  > Task & Notes References

Step 1 

• Go to Query Mode
•  In the Source Object Enter ‘Party’ and in Application enter ‘Collections’ and press Ctrl+F11.
•  All the references associated with the Source Object i.e. Party in Collections will be displayed.
•  End date all the References which are not required.
• Similarly, you can add new references to the Source Object Party if required.
• Click on Save
